aluminum casting manufacturer share with you the process of aluminum casting:
1. Prepare
for raw materialsIt includes raw material appearance check, chemical composition analysis, batching and calculation of ingredients to weigh various raw materials. In addition, it also includes refining agents, drying and weighing of modifiers.
2. Smelting
The raw materials are added into the furnace according to a certain feeding sequence and melted into a homogeneous chemical alloy.
3. Test
before the furnaceAfter the alloy melts evenly, sampling and testing are performed to check whether all kinds of chemical components meet the technical standard requirements.
4. Adjust the component
After testing, if some or several chemical components in the alloy are found to exceed the specifications of the technical standard, the chemical composition should be adjusted to make the chemical composition to the technical standard.
5. Refining
After the chemical composition is composite, it is necessary to use the refining agent to remove the dissolved gas and entrained solid particles in the alloy.
6, refining the metamorphic
An appropriate amount of refiner and modifier is added to the aluminum alloy solution to improve the mechanical properties and machinability of the alloy.
7. Casting
The aluminum alloy casting ingots with qualified chemical composition, good modification effect, gas content and slag content are required to be packed into bales.
